Jayco - Pinnacle
Poor customer service unit been at factory since May people don't call back took me 5 weeks to even get first call back they towed it back never showed work order photos showing what they did to correct issues were out 700 for tires we were told they would pay for first trip blow out floor screws popping out bath door shattered when closed local dealer and 3 outside. Repair people told me it needs to go back to factory ,so there it.

Never contacts me to fill me in have been there 3 times. Tells me we're working on service folder furniture lip pert dose not work properly I asker to meet with them said its good,that is *** want my money back the workmanship is terrible ,we've had about 6differant new units first and last jayco
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $70000.
Preferred solution: Actually speak to customer relations about sending unit back or replace , better yet give me back my. Money.
Jayco Pros: Floorplan.
Jayco Cons: No likes worst customer service i have ever seen.

Feel your pain!!! Bought new Pinnacle 2015 first two weeks heat pump failed six service calls and a year later finally replaced unit bad...kitchen slide completely rewired, dinette slide sagging so badly scared to sit there chairs hit together when any pressure on slide...steps inside came completely detached and hubby fell bad...bedroom wall so catapillered carpet buckled, never installed black water valve took a year to get that and this unit has been on road once from dealer to campground...the list goes on...scared it will cause accident because its falling apart at the seams...good luck hope its resolved we've given up!!! 96k later!!!
thanks, I will not buy a jayco product. too many complaints. I was ready to put my down payment tomorrow.
Well they said it is done dreading going there again to look at as they never call back with full work order just pick and choose no money for tires will not answer I asked just replace chairs with theater seat at my cost no one will give me a answer service director will not release info with a phone call service manager just cares about Cubs baseball should. Do job first
