1/12/17 I thought Jawbone was an upright, responsible, honest company.
I'm beginning to doubt that. What's the problem and why haven't you responded to my repeated emails?

Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Jawbone Cons: Have not replaced a product that failed under warranty, Durability of the band, No response to helping me-i have the receipt, Customer service fail.
