My strap broke in two parts, last Nov, my hubby brought last march and I have emailed thier customer line many times since then , two I received a automatic reply and one a question to which I replied, have not received any reply since. The recorded number on the web site dies not exsust either so no idea how to contact then apart from the customer help email.

Even sent them copy of the invoice and photo of the device. Have glued several times but keeps breaking , will not buy from them again. Loved the device but can't afford to replace if keeps breaking .

Do not buy until they have resolved this design fault. Very disappointed customer

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Replacement!.

Jawbone Cons: Cannot contact support for warrantee claim.

Mine broke in 2 places as well, Response was "sorry not under warranty." This is the worst product I have ever purchased from a company that refuses to stand behind its inferior products. If someone gave me one for free, I would not accept it.

Jawbone is the poster child for poor corporate behavior and poorer customer relations. I think their attitude is for $100 - 150, no one will sue us, so let's just take their money and screw them when they complain.
