Jacks Surfboards Delivery Policy
Free Shipping excludes Surfboards, Balance Boards, Body Boards, Snow Boards, Complete Skateboards and some Surfboard Travel Bags. Taxes do not count toward the free shipping total. Items are shipped from Jacks Surfboards's' Southern California warehouse during regular business hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Company's shipping methods and costs vary according to an items total weight. All online orders are pulled directly from one Company's store locations throughout Orange County, CA and in some cases the items will come directly from the manufacturer. If Items are out of stock The User will notified by Jacks Surfboards's' Customer Service Department. FedEx Express Saver is a cost-saving alternative. Service Days: Monday-Friday, with Saturday service available in many areas for an additional charge. Delivery Area: Available throughout all 50 states.

Returns made within the 30 days from the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in sellable condition. Returns made after the 30 days of the order shipment date will be credited via an email E-Credit. If Website have sent The Customer the wrong or damaged item, Please contact The Company as soon as possible and jackssurfboards.com will handle The Client's order in a kindly matter. Unfortunately, jackssurfboards.com do not accept returns of items that have been worn or washed.
