The rep didn't tell me when I purchased the product it would be on an auto order. Once you are signed up you are *** The company doesn't care about their clients mainly because their employees are not real employees who actually care about their customers.

It is a scheme!

Not to mention the products do NOT work and I was told by a doctor that the cleanse is extremely unhealthy. When you call to cancel the order the CSR's are extremely rude and tell you there is nothing they can do except charge you another $50.00 for no reason other than to cancel the membership but you still have to pay for whatever they decided to ship to you.

The $50 isn't a cancellation fee. It's the $50 loyal customer membership fee that you paid.

They charge it to you if you don't finish the 3 months autoship. You should still be a loyal customer if you wanted to order again.
