I ordered the skinny pack and found out (the hard way) that I was allergic to some ingredients. I called SEVERAL times customer service because I would get out on hold for as long as it took me to hang up when I asked for a supervisor.
Or I would just get hung up on altogether by the person I was asking to stop my auto shipment. At this point, I'll take the $177.63 charge to cut my losses. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and would never suggest anyone shop with this company.
If you do, good luck. Even if the product was amazing or something else I could have used was great the customer service ruined any likelihood of me trying anything ever again.
