Maybe if i was able to get ahold of a human it would be a different story. Similar to a few other individuals, I canceled my autshipment back in March and today I was hit with an auto shipment charge.
As we know once you are charged there is nothing you can do but call and sit on hold hoping to speak to customer service. I was on hold for 45 minutes...and at the 1 minute mark I was disconnected. Trying to call back I received an immediate recording that "Nobody is available to take your call at the moment." So I have an order being processed that should have NEVER been processed, AND we moved since i originally cancelled the autoship leaving me with no way to return the box.
I may have no choice but to block the transaction via my bank...which will charge a fee as well. It Works clearly has not made it work for several consumers...including me.
