I am one of may who lived in an area that was devistated this year by a hurrican, Irma. During the time we had no post offoce, no work, no homes and no way to return to our home town, I contacted the company to place a hold on my partner and my account.
No way to get my account info as my phone was compromised they did nothing, no help just kept shipping the same thing, all about their bottom line. Now that I have retrieved all of my information again I found that I was locked out of my account and they were still charging me for my distributors fees and items they were shipping still plus an additional charge to reinstate my account to acctive.
