Worst purchasing website I have ever visited.

IOffer have no phone number, no email address, they only have a postal address. (That is the first red flag).

No recourse if anything goes wrong. No contact whatesoever.

I ordered running shoes in August and paid in advance (as you must). When they hadn't arrived by October, I attempted to contact the Supplier.

After multiple attempts, I was advised that "hundreds of people had complained about non-delivery on that date and we are investigating with the Post Office." I DON"T CARE! I want a refund. This is fraud. The worst part, the owners of IOffer care so little that there are no contact details!

You have to write to them! WTF! Close this site down. It is pathetic and when something goes wrong, there is no-one to help.

I now have to ask my bank to investigate and cancel the payment. After being delayed for 5 months. Not good enough.

I don't call the founder an entrepreneur, I cal him a failure! This model is broken and I have advised my entire network not to buy anything from it.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $46.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Ioffer Pros: Range of products.

Ioffer Cons: Dishonest vendor, Service and not getting my item.

My bank have now refunded the payment.

Still no contact from IOffer or the merchant. Stay away from this website.
