We bought a new battery from them a year ago. It has a 5 year warranty. Our car was dead and we called AAA. They tested the battery and said it has a bad cell and to take it back.

Interstate Batteries won't honor the warranty. The battery was 150.00 and they won't honor the warranty after one year.

We will never buy any batteries of any sort from them again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They have extremely poor customer service.

We have even called the company headquarters to complain. They tell you that they will get back to you within 24 hours and it's already past 24 hours and we have heard nothing from them.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $150.

All depends on where you take it, Interstate batteries can be exchanged at any dealer, last two batteries had bad cells while under 2 year warranty, Firestone exchanged them no problem.
