I parked my car at the Icon lot on 34th & Ninth Ave. on November 12th. I picked the car up on November 13th at 12:45PM.Much to my surprise I noticed my GPS was missing from my glove box.When I asked the employees of course they new nothing about it.Later that day I e-mailed Icon several times to let them know what happened and they did not respond to me. There is no customer service, when you call the phone number on the web site the call goes to a garage, no accountability they can do what they want. Stay away from Icon Parking.
