The hours when iClicker are available to provide help are Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. On Thursday, the hours are 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. On Friday and Saturday, the hours are again from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. On Sunday, help is available from 11 am to 4 pm. Outside these hours, you can still send emails to customer service. It will respond as soon as possible during operational hours.
