Tracking details will be emailed to The Customer once The User's order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. Orders placed as a guest cannot be tracked in The User's account. If The User's account was created after The Customer checked The Client's order out as a guest, The User of Website will lose access to viewing The Customer's guest order status. Sometimes, bumpy transits can cause minor imperfections such as looseness, indentations, and creases to The User's artwork. The Canvas Care Guide can help address these issues so The User of Website don't have to go through the hassle of an exchange and The User's artwork can be restored to the perfect condition in just minutes. Website will process a replacement order as soon as iCanvas are notified. Website will process The Client's refund or exchange order once The Customer's return has been received. The Company would gladly accept The Customer's return, but orders shipped outside of the Contiguous United States do not qualify for free returns and are the responsibility of the customer.
