If you buy an overpriced air puffer from these people you're helping to increase the profit of a discriminatory, scheming, lying, quasi-get-rich-quick-scheme company that deceives consumers, and employees of the nature of their over produced product.

You were told that your air purifier would never break, but I'm telling you that people are in an out of there buying new replacement parts for their Hyla that is less than a year old. Despite what they say in their phony sales pitch the water basin of the Hyla breaks like cheap glass.

I went to one of their training classes after responding to a classified ad. Their office is in a run down, moldy building next to a bar. For a place that sales air purifiers, and claims to care so much about indoor airborne health hazards the place smelled like stale water, and looked like it should be condemned. The condition of the place is likely the reason why clients are kept far away from the building as much as possible.

On the first day there was a pushy, rude, obnoxious, enormously fat woman instructing the class (Kris Mills -- Don't have her at your house for a demo if you have children with disabilities, or hate rude people in general) who went into their convoluted commission structure that she didn't even understand, as she was unable to answer almost all the questions. The majority of the class time was spent reciting a horribly written, long-winded, script filled with spelling, grammar and syntax errors that we had to memorize word-for-word, while the fat woman sat in a chair that looked like it was being swallowed whole by her body, while playing on her phone, as well as insulting the trainees to other staff members right in front of us. We received little to no coaching, feedback or constructive criticism. We felt like we had zero direction.

The fat woman's conduct was unprofessional for a work environment, as she insulted my appearance, which although was clean shaven, short hair, and dressed in business causal I happen to be a cancer survivor, and have surgical scars from neck and facial surgeries I went though in childhood. She told other workers that "no one would let him [me] into their home" she called me *** and directly asked me if I had "autism" in a disrespectful, angry, accusatory tone. She was an overgrown high school student, and a nasty, vile employee of theirs who argued and fought with most of her co-workers.

What did it in for me was when the *** bag, yuppy, district sales supervisor (Tim Sperry) made a visit. Apparently, the fat woman had already been in his ear. The guy's arrival was treated like he was Jesus, and when the guy came around to me I reached out to shake his hand and saw his smile dissipate into a frown, received a limp handshake with no eye-contact, and saw him go back into an office with the manager.

I was pretty much told that I didn't fit the build of a sale person, and didn't receive an explanation as to why, beyond they didn't seem to like me.

The description of the land whale made me laugh. Too funny but very accurate.
