I have sent an email explaining what happened along with screen shots of the chat.
Quite silly your on line chat tech support gave me information which I used to place my order and now Im having problems returning the wheels and incurring a further £174.50 charge,
Your chat support seem unable to answer the questions Ive asked them. Im very frustrated and annoyed with the service Ive received.
This was my second purchase of wheels in two weeks. We ( my wife and I ) have also purchased four previous sets of wheels from you.
Once again the only issue we had was due to your Chat Tech support giving the wrong information which thankfully was put right after speaking with a technical person from your office directly over the phone. He confirmed I had been given the incorrect information and in the other case the information had not been passed on.
User's recommendation: Don’t use the on line chat as they don’t know what they are doing.
