HSBC Bank USA - HSBC Auto Finance - Customer Care Review
I pay my car off 6 years ago ,my car got totalled, I can't find my title and now with others review on HSBC finance I believe they probably never send it out,my DMV says there's a Lien on my car .I call HSBC they said fax to our lien DEPa copy of insurance card they will send me a letter it will take 7 to10 Business day i wait it and got.nothing, i call back customer service they can't get in hold of the Lien dept then she did and told me wait few more days ,again nothing ,call back 3rd time now another outfit Capitol 1 pick up and can't find any activity under my name and ask me which fax # I send it to so I have to call back with it so they tell me again for 3rd time that will have to wait more,so I will probably never get a pay off letter ,to be continue crying out loud

Horrible experience , unprofessional, I called 3 x and they keep me telling they have no records and if I want to request another release of lien they will charge me. My address is confirmed and never receive it . Don't trust these people at all .
We never received title either and they could not locate a loan for us. Paid off in 2002!
Department of motor vehicles said to to send a Lein release form certified mail to Household Automotive and when it's returned mail, bring in my paperwork on the car along with the returned certified mail and they will issue a new title without a lein holder.
