How can I return my damaged coffee table?I received a damaged coffee table.
- A customer initiates a return by selecting "Return or Replace Item" from their Orders page;
- The customer must select a reason for initiating the return (arrived damaged);
- The seller will receive an email notification that a return has been initiated including the reason for the return;
- The seller chooses to authorize or reject the return;
- The seller specifies if the customer should
- Return the product;
- Keep the product;
- If the customer is going to keep the product, the seller issues the refund. The seller is required to provide a comment which is shared with the customer;
- If the customer is going to return the product, the seller provides information to process the return;
- For damaged or defective products, if the item will be returned via small parcel, the seller is required to provide a return shipping label directly to the customer by uploading a pdf via the Houzz Messaging feature;
- Once the seller receives the returned product, they will mark the product as returned in the Returns section of Seller Central;
- The seller will issue the refund.

- Standard - Order will be shipped via various carriers, for example, FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS. Your order will be left at your doorstep if a signature is not required.
- Standard Freight - Item(s) will be delivered to your sidewalk, driveway, or garage. You will be responsible for the transport of the items beyond that point into your home.
- Inside Your Door - Item(s) are delivered just inside your front door. If you live in a high-rise building, items will be delivered to the front door of your apartment.
- Room of Choice - Item(s) will be delivered to the room or outside area of your choice.
- White-Glove - Item(s) will be delivered to your room or outdoor area of choice, including unpacking, product setup, light assembly, and full packaging removal.

How can I get my refund?I spoke to a a customer service lady and set up a Fed Ex pick up for a damaged bird bath that I purchased. However they have not picked it up as promised. I need it picked up and issued a refund.
