Why did I not get service when I needed it.

On Wed night June 29th, I noticed our AC was not cooling properly. My wife, Caryn, called that evening for service and no one came after waiting all evening for a call.

She called again Thursday afternoon to get someone out to check the unit, The young lady on the phone said they would not dispatch anyone until the Temperature reached 80 degrees. The earliest they would send someone would be on Wednesday, July 6th. Well, the temperature reached 80 on Friday night. First thing Saturday, my wife called for service and Pedro came to repair the unit.

He was very nice and did his best, but could not repair the AC due to a major leak requiring a new coil. When my wife called back, we were told that the parts dept was closed until Tuesday, July 5th. Supposedly, they will call on Tuesday telling us when they can repair the unit. My wife provided her cell phone number as we will be at work in the morning 9 to 1.

I have been getting excellent service from your company for 6 years until now. My wife and I are both elderly and I have COPD. Please help us.

It is unbearable in here and will only get worse as the week progresses. Thank you for any assistance you can give us.
