How can I get a money back
I bought a 55 in TCL Roku tv off your website. I haven't received it yet.
It was on Black Friday deals. I purchase this December 3. It said I receive it 10-22 days.
Today is the day it suppose to be here. It was for my granddaughter for Christmas.
I placed an order and never received a confirmation email or an email of when my order will ship. Please refund my money.
Here are the details: 121601****57343 The money was taken from my acct by PayPal on 12/16/21 in the amount of 63.65. Please let me know when I will receive my refund. Contact me at pesmith93@***.com
How can I get my money back?
On 11/26/2021 I paid for 2 tree stands my order # 92551 from hotekart and they accepted payment and I have repeatedly sent emails and still haven’t received any response or my tree stands I would like to hav my money back thank you for your assistance god bless
where is my order
Order number is 19995, its a black sectional sofa couch purchased it on 12/06/21 and I have yet to recieve a confirmation that it has been shipped, or if has been shipped where is it?????
