I have in my posession, a travel voucher in the amount of $447.63 sent from one of your agents. The voucher states, quote, "this voucher does not have an expiration date".
When I called to book I was told the voucher had expired a few months ago. I emailed your agent a copy of the voucher and also spoke to a supervisor. They state they are sorry that customers were not contacted but nothing they can do. I am appalled that Hosteeva would null and void a voucher with no expiration date, without letting customers know in advance to give us a chance to book!
I would like to talk to a manager about this issue.
If I do not hear anything from anybody, I will contact the Better Business Bureau with a formal complaint. Bonnie Macpherson

Monetary Loss: $448.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
