Holland America Line - Photo Package Purchased and Given WRONG CD
My name is Ms Sonja Gordon, I arrived home several days ago. I was on The Koningsdam from 12/14 through 12/23 .
Room 6020 on the ship. I purchased the photo package at the Photo Gallery while on the cruise. Tyler is the supervisor. However, when I arrived home and put in the CD to download the pictures I was horrified to see that your photo gallery employees had given me the wrong CD.
It was a CD of OTHER PEOPLE> NOT one of my many pictures were included. I want to be fully refunded for this horrible error or find my CD and send it to my address immediately.>938 Ruth Drive, Hinesville, GA 31313.

I was wondering if you had got a resolution to this as I know someone with a similar problem. They were given a disc with no photos on.
