The User of Website were provided with a white bag to make returning The Customer's shoes easier. Please place The User's shoebox into this bag. If The User of Website have a return label, place it on the white bag; or, write The User's RMA number on the outside of the bag and use the carrier of The Customer's choice to send it back. Packaging other items. If The User's items were sent in a box other than a shoebox, The User of company services may simply return the items in the box. Place The Client's return label on the box or write The Customer's RMA number on the outside of the box. If The Client's items were sent in a bag, simply re-tape the bag, place The User's return label or RMA on the outside of the bag. If The User of company services aren't provided a return label The Client may use the carrier of The User's choice to send back The Customer's items.
