Hoiio Terms of Service
Hoiio and Customer is herein after referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". Use of Service. As part of providing the Hoiio Services, Hoiio may transfer, store and process Customer Data within Hoiio facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, United States and Japan. By using the Hoiio Services, Customer consents to this transfer, processing and storage of Customer Data. Hoiio may make commercially reasonable changes to the Hoiio Services Selling Rate by providing Customer with written notice (which may be by email) at least seven days prior to the start of the new rates. The Hoiio credit is used to pay for the subscriptions and usages of Hoiio Services. The Hoiio credit that Customer purchases will be credited to the Customer Account at the time of purchase and may be shared with multiple End User Accounts.

Hoiio believes strongly that every person has the right to privacy. When accessing Company's website, services and/or products, The Client of Hoiio may be required to give The Company certain information. Hoiio asks for and maintains information on its visitors and customers to provide a better, more personal experience. This privacy statement describes the conduct and practices of Hoiio as it applies to all Company's clients and visitors. Hoiio collects User Information when The Customer use certain Hoiio solutions, products and/or services, when The Client visit Hoiio's' web pages or micro site web pages. When The User browse Hoiio's' website, The Client do so anonymously, unless The Client of Hoiio have previously indicated that The User of company services wish Hoiio to remember The Client's login and password. Hoiio do not automatically collect User Information, including The Customer's email address. Hoiio collects certain User Information when The Client register with Hoiio for an Hoiio account, when The User of company services use certain Hoiio solutions, products and/or services, when The User of Website ask to be included in an email or other mailing list, or when The User submit User Information to Hoiio for any other reason.
