Hobbycraft Return Policy
Website are unable to amend orders. To add a product to The Customer's order, The User of company services will need to place a new order. To change the details of The User's delivery address, remove items from The Client's order or to cancel the order completely, please contact Company's Customer Services team as soon as possible, quoting The Customer's order number. Once The Client's order has been dispatched Hobbycraft are unable to make any further changes. Bring the product(s) The Client of Hobbycraft wish to return to one of Company's stores with the delivery note and the payment card used to purchase the product. Please instead follow the free postal returns process below. DVDs if The Clientve broken the seal on the wrapping. Perishable items and other items that deteriorate fast. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of Website receiving The Customer's return. The Client's refund will be credited to The User's original payment method.

Hobbycraft Delivery Policy
Order before 8pm for delivery within 3 working days. Delivery will be between 8am - 8pm. Hobbycraft's' delivery partner Hermes will send an email confirming The Client's four-hour time slot on the day of delivery. The Client of Hobbycraft can manage The Customer's delivery using the links in this email, with options to leave in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour if The User will not be in. Hermes will make three delivery attempts. FREE Standard delivery may be unavailable if The Client's order contains a large item. If so, The Clientll need Hobbycraft's' Large Item Delivery service. The Userll be notified of any large items in The Customer's order on the basket page. Order before 8pm Mon-Sat to collect the next working day in most stores*. Orders placed after 8pm on a Saturday, or any time on a Sunday or bank holiday will be processed the next working day (Mon-Fri) and ready to collect the day after.

Website do not accept Visa Electron. If The User of company services are located in the UK and paying by card, The User's card must be registered to a UK address. Card Payments that have been refused may show as ‘Pending' in The Customer's account. These funds have not been taken and will be returned to The Client's available balance by The Customer's bank. Please contact the company that issues The Client's card to find out why it may have been refused. Yes The Company do. Simply register and verify The Customer's student status with UNiDAYS. Credit Accounts are available to limited companies, local authorities, schools, colleges, healthcare providers and charities. The User of Website will need The Customer's order reference number from The User's order confirmation email. Any online order placed in the UK and paid for by credit card, debit card or Hobbycraft gift card can be returned in store. Unfortunately, Website are unable to process returns that were paid for using PayPal or Amazon Pay in store at this time.
