Hobby Lobby offers a 40% off coupon. On furniture and fabric, the items have two prices.

One is the regular every day price, and the other is the made up never sold for price. Nevertheless, the discount is taken off the made up never sold for price. This makes the supposed 40% discount more like less than a 15% discount. Has anyone else experienced this situation?

I believe Hobby Lobby entered an agreement with the state of New York to stop this deceptive practice, but it is still happening in my state. Is anyone in New York still experiencing this problem? Has the practice now been limited to states that have not enforced laws similar to those in the state of New York?

I look forward to hearing how this company is continuing its operations in other states.A national class action has been filed in Alabama, but the practice seems to persist.
