I BOUGHT A NEW 2017 OPEN RANGE AND THE DEALER SHOWED ME THAT THE CHAIRS HAD DAMAGE AND THEY WOULD BE REPLACED, BUT AFTER MONTHS OF CALLS, THE DEALER SAID THEY WOULD HAVE A GUY COME IN AND REPAIR THEM. I BOUGHT A NEW CAMPER AND NOT USED, BUT THEY SAID THATS THEIR WAY OF TAKING CARE OF THE PROBLEM, THATS BULL ***, PEOPLE NEVER BUY AND OPEN RANGE CAUSE THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. ALSO THE DEALER THAT I BOUGHT IT FROM DOESNT WANT TO HELP ME OUT, CAUSE I PAID IN FULL SO NOW I AM AN OLD SHOE.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Nothing but trouble with highland ridge customer service some of the worst I have ever dealt with. Also like the person on the previous review.

I had absolutely no help from the dealership I bought from General RV in Huntley Illinois between the two customer service departments both were terrible arguments from both companies. Do not spend your money at either one because when you need help you will get none.

I believe I wasted another2500 on the so called warranty if I can not them to help out with a silly DVD player what help will I get for something major happens. Really worried where this is leading me in the future with other issues.
