This is now the second year in a row that hearth has rebuild me after canceling and as you can see by several review platforms there stars are not looking good and their response to the same problem of re-billing and revealing people after cancellation is to quote a paragraph of corporate contract legal mumbo-jumbo which says F the contractor and hearth just wants their bleeping money so here you go they so-called jerks around enough just like a consumer jerked around by a contractor and that consumers gonna light up that contractor if they have bad service or a poor install experience so it goes through with vendors to that my fellow contractors that are professional companies shouldnt have to work with flaky companies so these review platforms are very important to let the word out; we all have many many choices but not to cancel a contractor and put them on a proverbial RE-billing cycle Then the reps apologize apologize over so sorry please dont write us a review sorry sorry will cancel you it mustve got lost in the system blah blah blah I can only BS. Look elsewhere big time on this one boys.

User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere as the product is not deliver as promised and you cannot get off their billing cycle.

Monetary Loss: $1150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
