I personally have had two different all in the year, hearing aids of yours, and both kept falling out, and I returned them. Now I am getting emails address to “Helen“. Customer Service assured me that that would stop. It has not stopped! No one named Helen has ever been at this email address. Stop it! Also, I do not approve of your “pissed, consumer“ survey, or. It is gross and totally unnecessary.!!
