This company is the worst. Let's start with them charging thousands of dollars for a bunch of worthless shampoos and *** equipment that doesn't really work.

Like that is not enough, their customer support is the worst especially in NY where they AGAIN charge a ton a of MONEY, and tell you that you'r treatment period is over and they don't really have to help you with anything -those are actual words from their customer freaking RELATIONS manager "Genny"- so rude .

I would save my money and work with Bosley or any other company for that matter. I hope that this review helps the next person save some money or at least get their money's worth

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: get better customer service and replace my laser comb.
