I signed up for help with thinning hair with HCM. Chase Health Advance would provide the ability to make monthly payments for 1 year for treatment.

The treatment was a hoax. There were no trained personnel or people that stayed around long enough to know what they were doing. I went to 2 treatments and decided it wasn't for me -- even though I had already prepaid over $1,000.00 to Chase. I complained to Chase and said I wanted out of the contract due to poor service and services not being as advertised.

Chase said they would research my claim, however, they decided all services had been provided even though I only went to 2 treatments and they would not represent me against HCM. I will not pay for services not given as advertised.

Chase just wants their money and doesn't care about the people they represent. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES

Product or Service Mentioned: Hair Club Hair Treatment.

Monetary Loss: $3.
