Guitar Village Warranty
It looks like The client is using an old browser, The Customer can continue using the site but The Client of Guitar Village are likely to notice that the performance or website itself are significantly impacted. Website offer a full 12 month warranty with all new products against manufacturer defect. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties which will be enclosed with the product and will usually need to be and activated by the customer after the purchase. Perishable items such as valves, speakers and fuses carry a 90-day warranty, as do all second-hand goods. Products finished using nitro-cellulose lacquer are prone to lacquer checking/cracking and are therefore not covered under warranty. Manufacturers use nitro lacquer to give the best sound due to the "thin skin" which allows the guitar to breath, resonate, and aid in the natural aging process (which in turn gives a much more desirable sound), but the downside to using such a fragile "nitro" lacquer to give The Customer the best results is it is prone to crack.

Please read Company's FAQs below for answers to any questions The User have about making a purchase through the Guitar Village website. Unlike quite a few other guitar/music websites, all Company's website stock levels are updated in real time so if it says in stock on the listing then Website do actually have that product in stock. The moment an item is bought online or in the shop the website stock levels are automatically adjusted. The Company employ an in-house photographer to photograph each individual guitar for the website when it arrives into stock. In the event that The Company have more than 1 of a particular guitar in stock and 1 sells, Company's photographer will re-take photos of the new guitar that's available for sale so The User of company services will always receive the one photographed on the website.
