Purchased wild game camera from bass pro that was supposed to have 3 months free service. When I went to set camera up there was no option for the free months advertised on the box and had to pay $15 for the first month.
The camera NEVER WORKED. I returned the camera to bass pro the very next week. It never took one picture. Then your company charged my bank account for a yearly subscription for over $60 2 weeks after the camera was returned.
I have called the customer service number multiple times and set on hold for hours at a time with no answer. This is ridiculous.
I want someone to contact me regarding this matter ASAP! I need my money returned to my account because I was never able to use any of your services.
