Restaurant closed. Still no refund from Groupon
We purchased a Groupon for a restaurant that has since closed. We have contacted Groupon support several times and they continue to contact us asking if we still do not have our money refunded.
Yes! We need help! Groupon's customer service is terrible. Next contact will be with our lawyer.
How can such a big business still be allowed to continue? Please do not use Groupon. They've done nothing but steal from us. We started by emailing.
Groupon sends repeated form emails asking if we need help then another is sent from a different customer service rep asking the same thing. We don't know what the problem is, but we know they have stolen our money.
