Greyhound Australia Terms of Service
The Australian Consumer Law provides Consumers with a number of protections and Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These Terms, and in particular the ticket fare rules, refund and limitations of liability provisions set out in these Terms, are therefore subject to, and will not apply to the extent that they exclude, restrict or modify such protections and any Consumer Guarantees applicable to Consumers. These Consumer Guarantees provide Consumers with a basic, guaranteed level of protection for services that they acquire from Greyhound Australia including: (i) a guarantee as to due care and skill, (ii) a guarantee as to fitness for a particular purpose; and (iii) a guarantee as to reasonable time for supply. If The Company fail to live up to any of these Consumer Guarantees for a relevant service www.greyhound.com.au provide, The User may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. If the breach of the Consumer Guarantees cannot be remedied or amounts to major failure, The User are entitled to a refund or other remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Online bookings can be made with a credit card over Greyhound Australia's' website. Greyhound Australia provides state of the art SSL encryption technology that secures all payments that are made through Company's website. Greyhound's Call Centre can process The Client's payment via credit card, account or using the Pay it at Post service provided by Australia Post. Company's terminals and travel agents can accept payment by credit card or cash. The Client of Greyhound Australia can change The User's booking in one of two ways, via Greyhound Australia's' Call Centre or online at Company's website. The User will incur a change fee. If The Customer have purchased a Pass product The Client of Greyhound Australia can change or delete trips, or add new ones. If The User have purchased an Express ticket The Client of Greyhound Australia can change the date and time of The Client's current journey, provided there are seats available on the service that The User of company services choose. Passengers are required to check-in at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
