I bought a 40v mower thru Amazon and when I got mower and was assembling it I went to adjust mower deck height and noticed the place to raise deck looked to be missing something. Just *** I looked at manuel and there should be a pointer or year to move deck up or down.
I used a Philips screw driver in hold and raised deck with that. I went to amazons site and found customer service email and went off email telling what was wrong. Got a service number back from Greenworks and then waitied. It was a week and heard nothing.
I went a second email to Greenworks and got another service number. It's been there weeks now with now follow up with greenworks. I was able to work with Amazon and they made it right with me.
Amazon is a top notch company! Greenworks costumer service sucks!!!
