My minutes counter did not reset automatically which it normally does on the 10th of every month. This is important to me as I need to track my available minutes. I called

customer service 3 times regarding this problem and each time I was either put on hold while an inexperienced rep

tried to find the answer and/or locate someone to help.

Then they told me they would have to "email their supervisor" to have them reset it manually. In the meantime they used up my airtime to try to sell me more

products. It has been over 10 days since I first called

and the problem has NOT been resolved. I emailed

and told them to deactivate. This has not been done yet

either. Do consumers need to get an attorney to represent

them regarding this company????

I would NOT recommend anyone to deal with this company and their below average product--not even my worst enemy!
