I had one of their phones big mistake on my part. Why did I have to recharge the phone 3 times in one day when it sat on kitchen counter and wasn't even used. Weak /cheap battery.

Their adds do they tell you if you text that's an extra charge ? NO

They talk about the red button for emergency do they tell you that too is an extra charge ? NO

When I first purchased the phone and learned of their billing system I called while it was still in the box to return it. They refused. I called again said the box has never been opened they told me it so many words I'm stuck. The phone I had before Jitterbug I could buy minutes when I needed them not when Jitterbug wanted to charge me.

If they are proud of the red button why not tell customer it's an extra charge why not tell customer weak battery.
