I ordered the phone, then canceled the service when my mother was not able to use it. Without me knowing it, they continued to bill her. I was not at the house to know which bills she was paying, and found out that she had been billed for another year of the service, even though she didn't use it.

When I called to tell them, they did not try to help me. Even after I told her she hadn't used it in over a year. she told me she would refund me for one month, then told me it was the month they billed me for this month. (that I hadn't paid yet- BIG FAT INSULT!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

I am so angry. TERRIBLE !!! !!!
