I initially purchased this phone for my wife. When the phone was received we tried to activate the phone.
The phone would not activate. I was not told when purchased it was on the Verizon Network which does not work in our area. I was told to return the phone for credit. This is not the truth this company has said that the returned phone had scratches on the case and that this could cancel my refund.
These people do not have the customer in mind they only are interested in keeping your money and are not interested in proper and honest response to a non working phone.
if you deal with this company be prepared to be cheated out of your money for a non working product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
