I have the shame of being a customer service rep and I can’t wait until I quit in a few months. I feel so bad for the customers.
The phones and devices are pieces of junk that break or have issues after a short period of time. The resources they give us to resolve issues are a joke, and no one really seems to know what they’re doing because different supervisors give you different answers. I’ve had people calling who are on their third replacement phone and still having issues. We have a whole page of “known issues” for the phones and devices and they’re never permanently fixed.
Overall the company is abominable and I really hope they get shut down. Absolutely the worst job I’ve ever had, hands down.
Embarrassing to even have it listed on my resume. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs for your own mental well-being.
