Gotobus - NEVER USE!!!
Worst company ever. They sold me a FAKE bus ticket, and refuse to acknowledge it or give me a refund.
I only found out about my FAKE ticket the day before my trip. I had to get on a bus for that night with no warning or sympathy for what they had done. The idea of ever using this company again makes me want to vomit. Their buses are unsanitary and disgusting, and when I used one I arrived 5 hours late to my destination.
Nonexistent customer service, out of 5 stars I would give them a negative 50. I strongly advise no one ever use this company ever, I am writing this, so no one goes through the terrible circumstances that I had to endure.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $95.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Gotobus Cons: Do not abide by their policies, Rude to customers, Not safe, Unsanitary conditions, Sold me a fake ticket.

I went on Gotobus and the open ticket that I need refunded is gone and I was not refunded? So now a ticket I paid for is gone, and I am not refunded, what do i do??

You are the first person to contact me from your business at all. I cant even get anyone on the phone, which I am positive are fake numbers since every-time I call it goes straight to voicemail or just hangs up on me. I did buy this ticket on GoToBus.com. Not through another seller, or the bus stop, but YOUR website.
