I forgot to tap out after a train trip from Appleby to union. It was late; I was exhausted. I went home, changed for bed, then suddenly remembered that I had forgotten to tap. So I called. No answer (too late). So I changed and went back to union. Waited for several min. Booth was open. No one there. People with yellow coats just stood around. Finally I asked the yellow costs for help. One guy tried but ended up telling me to wait for cistomer service behind the booth. Bao I waited another about 5-10 min. Asked another group of yellow jackets that were just standing around. About three of them went to empty booth behind counter. After several min, it was determined that I should just tap my presto card. Matter solved in
