I ordered a Claddagh ring from Glencarra Jewelers online in December 2021 as an engagement ring. I was planning on giving it to my girlfriend in January 2022 but, so far (10 January 2022) I haven't received it.
When I ordered it, I was assured that it would be delivered "before the new year" and when I saw the USPS tracking number generated on 19 December 2021, I thought I'd be okay.
It's now 10 January and I still have no product, the tracking number hasn't shown any progress (and today, 10 January 2022 it's not working), the emails I've received from customer service are general and automated, and I haven't heard from any human being. I've asked repeatedly for clarification of my order status, or a refund, and I've heard nothing.
Whatever you do, avoid this company like the plague. I seriously doubt they're a legitimate company and, if they are, they're either completely incompetent or apathetic.
User's recommendation: Avoid them like the plague.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
