GlassesUSA - Scam/lies/rude etc.
This company is a scam! They lie and will continue to play games back and forth with emails / phone calls from different people and when you call theyll tell you I can't get a hold of my supervisor but he will call you back ( which is a lie ) Oh and they're always at meetings, or lunch, on holiday or can't find them, put you on hold, some hang up too.
Some of these people don't even recognize the names that I mention from emails that say SUPERVISOR. I also didn't recieve 3 of the nine pairs I ordered and they sent me all without my prescription. They also tried scamming me by charging me $59 to thin my lenses ( which I've been wearing glasses for years and never thinned mine ) and if for some reason people plan on purchasing from this horrible company don't go buying the cheaper frames. I seen better frames at $1 store very cheaply plastic.
I could go on but I'm still in the process of dealing with them since December 23rd And don't expect them to ever call you. I can't even send them back cause they won't send me my shipping labels until they find the other three pairs they lost or shall I say never sent.
. Just another part of there scam.

You should contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office. Fly by night companies like this continually rip off customers of their hard earned money and get away with it.
If you're getting nowhere dealing directly with them, contact the BBB or the Attorney General and get them shut down. Good luck
