The company has now taken care of my leaky toilet by replacing it!!! Thank you Glacier Bay!

I made the mistake of not having my toilet installed for a few months. It was in the box unopened and in a safe place.

When we installed it the toilet kept leaking. Upon further inspection we found *** in the casting plus the round part going into the drain isn’t really round. There is only a 30 day return now I’m out $100+ and a have a unusable toilet. We didn’t drop or hit the toilet with anything it is a faulty cast.

Never buy anything ahead of time because if it is defective your just out of luck! Will not buy a Glacier Bay again!
