My wife is disabled, cannot walk far, and uses a scooter for mobility.
The city had closed all available disabled parking within a mile of the tour. We arrived 45 minutes early, drove around for 20 minutes and couldn't find a place to park within 2 miles of where we were supposed to meet.
We tried calling and making contact about the issue before leaving the area. No one has made contact with us or refunded our $40 for the tour due to inefficient parking and the city blocking all disabled parking in the area.
Ir is fraud to me when a company will not even try to work things out and a city makes it impossible for disabled people to attend an event.
User's recommendation: AVOID!!! NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY, SCAM!!!
