So the driver that excepted my booking canceled my ride so I was left hanging and scrambling for an airport ride.
I made my flight using another company with 7 mins left before the plane doors closed.
Even though it was totally not my fault it took 10 days to get the refund.
I was able to get Alexander Sapovs email address, hes their co-founder and CEO.
Within an hour of emailing him a professional but firm email, my refund was processed.

I received a text from the driver saying that he has not been paid by GetTransfer and had to cancel. I reached out to the company and have just received a credit for the payment I made.
