Generic Giant - One hour of holding, customers care executive does NOT service customer

3. Only way to communicate was through Amazon (Abhijit and then Mohit)who finally furnished your phone number while you made me waste 2 hrs of my valuable time without attending.

All I wanted was a clean replacement with No. 2M 214 39G Kore the correct Cat/ Part No.than Gelanz M24FB-610A, made in China which was actually delivered.
