Package has been lost by GLS and driver signed it off as delivered. GLS confirms it doesn't know where the package is, but is only willing to further investigate and refund when GeekBuying requests an investigation for refund.

GeekBuying on his behalve says it will only take actions once I can provide GLS-papers saying the investigation is done and they will refund ......after more than 20 mails and phonecalls we are no step further.

I keep on getting the standard answers over and over again : Dear sir or madam, Thank you for shopping at Geekbuying could you ask them to give you a document so that we could send it to the shipping carrier do investigate Any questions,please feel free to contact us.
