I purchase two of this phones from you, back in March for over $500 USD. One came with bad battery (will not take charge) and the other one with missing SIM/TF card holder. After numerous emails with GeekBuying about the battery, I just purchase one on eBay. Now the other phone, I can't find SIM/TF card holder for purchase, otherwise I will buy one. Right now is end of May, and I can't use this phone!
The number of emails exchanged is ridiculous...
Now attention please!
All I can say that people at GeekBuying have no moral values and total lack of honor, respect and decency.
Total disrespect for customer. This behavior is disgraceful! I will do all there is in my power to punish this company if my problem is not solved in the next couple of weeks. I will file complain with FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.
